The original Harlow 2020 Vision is our community strategy, setting out aims and priorities for the period up until 2020. The Harlow 2020 Vision 2006-09 revisits those priorities and shows how we will work to achieve them during that period.

Every year we publish a key achievements document, telling local people how partners have worked over the previous 12 months to deliver their priorities.
