The original Harlow 2020 Vision is our community strategy, setting out aims and priorities for the period up until 2020. The Harlow 2020 Vision 2006-09 revisits those priorities and shows how we will work to achieve them during that period.
Every year in March we publish an annual report, telling local people how we have worked over the previous 12 months to deliver their priorities.
