Every local authority area in England has to have a Local Strategic Partnership like ours. Their role is to plan and deliver Community Strategies - blueprints for the future development of the area they serve.

We have called our Community Strategy the Harlow 2020 Vision - because it represents local people's vision for the future of their town.

The document is community led - Harlow residents were involved in preparing the original Vision and we review it with them on a regular basis to ensure it continues to reflect their needs and aspirations.
